Mysterious Statue

This is a story of one of my friends, and what happens when people mess with aincent relics!



It is 8am, and seph had just woke up. After getting washed and dressed, she put on her 'normal' clothes, baggy black jeans and a black trenchcoat. She left the house, slamming the door behind her.



As she walked away from her house, she was greeted by her next door neighbor. "Morning seph, how are you?" he asked. "What buisness is it to you?" Seph shouted back to him. She walked off, her back turned to him. As she made her way down the road, she came face to face with a theif. "GIVE ME ALL YOUR MONEY!" he shouted. Seph didn't say anything, she just kicked the guy where it hurts, then punched him inbetween the eyes. She continued to walk, leaving the theif laying unconsious in the street.



Come 12noon, seph was quite hungry, so she went into a cafe. A waiter came up to her. "May I take your order?" He asked politely. "just get me some fish, chips and pepsi, AND MAKE IT QUICK!!" Seph ordered. "Er..... Okay, mam." the waiter said, sounding rather scared. Some 5-10 minutes later, she receiveed her food. "You took long enough!" she shouted. The waiter slowly backed off.



When she left the cafe, it was raining really badly, and the sky did not look clear at all. The whole city was covered in a thick blanket of fog. She ran down one of the unclear paths. "Stupid weather!" she muttered. She continued running till she got to a crossroad. "Now what do I do?" she shouted. She just ran straight ahead. She ran down the road, and near the end of the road, she found a small opening in the walls. She went in there to shelter herself till the rain stopped and the weather cleared up.



It was really dark inside, due to the weather. She didn't bother calling to see if anyone was there. She walked around inside the cave, until something caught her eye. at the back of the cave, she spotted a little statue of a dragon. Seph slowly walked up to it, like she was in a trance. She came close to it, and admired the beauty of it. Seph put her hand on the statue, and it started to glow with a weird light.



"What the heck?" Seph said, puzzled. The light glowed brigther and brighter, until the whole place was engulfed in the light. After a few seconds, the light dulled down a bit. It was still bright enough to light the cave. Seph was wondering what had happened, when she realised that her hand felt weird. It felt really warm and tingly. She lifted her hand to her face, and gasped when she saw a small layer of violet scales had grown over the palm. Slowly, the scales covered the rest of her hand, and started to spread up her arm.



"What?" Seph questioned what was going on, when she felt an awful pain in her back. It was starting to swell up, and looked like it was going to explode. Instead of exploding, four large wings burst through her back, ripping her trenchcoat to shreds. They were covered with the same violet scales on her hand and her arm, and each had a large talon on the tip of the wings. Her fingers were filled with intense pain, as sharp purple claws burst through the tips of her fingers. She looked on in shock as she saw that her other hand was rapidly becoming covered in violet scales, and her fingers became the clawed monstrosity her other hand was. Both hands then started to grow bigger, and her claws lenghtened into deadly razor sharp talons.



Her body started to increase in size as violet scales grew up her chest. Her arms started to grow bigger and longer, becoming filled with an incredible amount of strengh. Her spine started to lenghten, ripping a hole through her trousers, revealing a giant tail, covered in violet scales. It felt extremly powerful. A row of razor sharp spikes grew from the tip of her tail, to the top of her head. Her neck started to grow longer as it became thicker and filled with power. Scales were covering it as sharp spike ran down her neck.



Her face started to ache as her nose and upper jaw fused together, and thrust forward, becoming a muzzle. Rows of razor sharp teeth appeared in her enlarging maw, as her original teeth sharpened.Her tounge grew longer and split in two at the tip. Her eyes moved to the sides of her head, and her vision became crystal clear. everything in the cave was so much clearer and brighter. Her eyes changed colors, turning purple, and her pupils slitted.



Seph roared out in pain as two razor sharp horns pushed out of her skull. Her trousers ripped open as her legs grew bigger and more powerful, becoming covered in violet scales. Her feet reformed, her toes growing bigger, sharp purple talons appearing on her toes and one on both her heels. With this, the change stopped. Seph examined her new form. She had become a dragon. She thought, "This form will surely show those humans who's in charge!"



She exited the cave, and it was still raining, the rain dripping down her scales. Although the weather was foggy, she could see perfectly. She flew up into the air, hovering there for a few seconds, and then she dived towards a large office block, smashing it to pieces with her skull. She looked at the humans, who were truely terrified. She lunged forwards and snapped some of them up in her mouth. The warm blood of the humans ran down her throat, and it was like nothing she had ever tasted before. It had a really nice flavor to it, and it tasted divine!



Seph decided to munch on a few more humans, then she flew to another building, and clawed it to pieces. After doing this, her talons were covered in blood. she licked them clean with her tounge, savouring the taste of it. She then decided to finish the job, so she flew into the air, hovering high above the city. "Let's see what destructive power this form holds!" Seph thought. Two orbs of black energy formed in her clawed hands. "TAKE THIS!!!" She roared out, firing the black energy orbs at the city below.



The orbs collided with the city, and in seconds, the city was destroyed. Seph hovered in the air, laughing manicaly. "Now the city is destroyed, that cave would make a perfect home for me!.



So from this day, people avoided the town after roumors spread that a terrible monster lived there. She was not alone for long, she kidnapped some humans and using the statue in the cave, she transformed them into dragons, who would terrorise other cities. At this rate, the Dragons are gonna take over this world!
